The header is done in blue hues with the logo nicely sitting on the left and the right portion providing demo and logins to the personal and business internet banking operations. The navigational aspect seems to be good as apart from a very detailed horizontal navigation it provides quick left vertical navigation to jump to a customer's area of interest.
